We sell complete OMR, image, and web-based survey and assessment systems tailored to meet your particular needs - from small, low-volume or distributed systems (starting at $2,350) to high-volume, centralized production systems. "Systems" generally include scan forms for NCS, Scantron, Sekonic and other scanners, scanning hardware, scanning software (scan forms design and printing, distribution or web-based data capture, analysis, and reporting), installation, training, and one-year support.

We also sell "old-system" replacement components (scanners, software, scantron forms) often with a trade-in discount.

Exact-Data: OMR and image scanners

We offer Sekonic, NCS, Chatsworth OMR scanners and card readers, as well as Fujitsu image scanners available based on your application and software needs. Many application programs require unique custom forms. Exact-Data will provide the scan forms you need at a very reasonable price. Our scan forms are designed to work with Sekonic, Opscan, Scantron, and Chatsworth readers. Exact-Data: Web data collection, hosting services

We offer web data collection via web hosting services. We'll work with you to design your web-based surveys. We will post and host the site, and distribute notification to your target audience. We collect the data, run analysis and produce your reports. Custom reporting is available, as well as ASCII files. We can integrate different kinds of survey formats, including paper, kiosk, disk and web-based, to produce fully integrated reports. Contact us to discuss your project requirements.
